The Project has an expected duration of 150 days. Burke Business Park Water & Sewer Extensions Project Part 1: City of Morganton Water Main Extension (Golden Leaf Foundation) Part 2: City of Morganton Sewer Main Extension (Nc Department of Commerce Industrial Development Fund) The Project includes the following Work: 340 LF of 16" DIP water main, 1,540 LF of 12" DIP water main, 1,476 LF of 8" gravity sewer, and appurtenances. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $300 per set, payable to West Consultants, PLLC.
