Renovation of a medical facility in Saline, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Project scope is for resurfacing of existing plastic laminate cabinetry in Serving Kitchens and Dining Rooms at the Center for Forensic Psychiatry. Work includes but is not limited to, the removal of existing doors, drawer fronts, cabinet hardware (hinges and pulls), plastic laminate countertops, sinks and faucet assemblies from the existing cabinetry. Existing base and wall cabinet boxes shall remain and be reused. Provide resurfacing of the finished exteriors of the existing base and wall cabinet boxes with new plastic laminate and PVC edging. Provide new plastic laminate doors, drawer fronts, PVC edging and cabinet hardware (hinges and pulls). Provide new solid surfacing countertops with new stainless-steel sinks and faucet assemblies. Modify existing plumbing to connect to new sinks. Dining Rooms will require ligatureresistant type cabinet hardware and faucet assemblies as indicated.
