The Clay County Board of County Commissioners are requesting Bids from licensed Contractors to remodel a bathroom at Clay County Fire Station No. 18, located at 207 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, FL 32073. This remodeling space will only be in the current bathroom with the shower and the urinal. This one bathroom needs to be split into two rooms, each with a shower and a vanity with a sink and mirror. This means removing the urinal, creating a second doorway with a new bathroom entry door, installing a new wall, shower and vanity with a sink and a mirror and tiling the floors and the showers to match and installing all the remaining accessories as listed below. The tile shall be on the floors and shower only. The existing ceiling tile and grid will remain. Remove existing large tile shower. Remove existing vanity. Build wall to divide large bathroom into two (2) single occupancy bathrooms . Use the existing door for one (1) bathroom and install new pre-hung door in the second bathroom. Remove drywall and relocate plumbing to new floor plan. Repair drywall. Build new walk in shower in each bathroom - Neutral color ceramic tile. Install new ceramic tile floors. Install two (2) new vanity with sink and fixtures, one (1) in each bathroom. Install two (2) 30 x 36 new mirrors, one (1) in each bathroom. Paint walls semi-gloss white. Install two (2) large towel bar, one (1) of each, in each bathroom. Install two (2) new exhaust fan, one (1) in each bathroom. Install two (2) new LED light with switch, one (1) in each bathroom. Final Completion must be accomplished by one hundred and twenty (120) days from Notice to Proceed.
