Snow clearing and ice control services of City owned parking lots The term of the contract commences November 16, 2023 and ends November 15, 2026, with two 1-year optional extensions, by mutual agreement. The scope of work in this project includes the provision of all labour, material, equipment, transportation and services to remove snow in a safe and professional manner from the specified parking lots as identified in three distinct areas (Area A, Area B and Area C) in Section 2.0 below. Proponents are to utilize industry standard best practices to provide this service. Note: the City, at its sole discretion, may have the option to enter into two (with each contractor responsible for certain areas) or up to three separate contracts, one for Area A, one for Area B and one for Area C with three Contractors, or to enter into a single contract covering all three areas with a single Contractor at the time of contract award. Proponents may submit proposal for either area (refer and respond to Q7 of Schedule C-2- Questionnaire).
