Redevelopment of CapitalCare Norwood (CCN) to house 350 enhanced continuing care beds. The project on the CCN/Royal Alexandra Hospital/Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital campus includes the demolition of the existing North Pavilion and Comprehensive Home Option of Integrated Care (CHOICE) Program buildings, construction of a new 234 bed facility and renovation of the existing Angus McGugan Pavilion to accommodate 116 beds. BP-11A, the first phase of this renovation will include the following scopes of work: 1. Abatement and Demolition 1.2 Concrete 1.3 Masonry 1.4 Structural Steel, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Steel and Metal Deck 1.5 Modified Bituminous Sheet Waterproofing and Foundation Drainage 1.6 Exterior Glazing, Curtainwall and Interior Glazing 1.7 Earthworks, Excavation, Backfill 1.8 Piling 1.9 Civil Underground Services 1.10 Mechanical Chiller Supply 1.11 Mechanical Early Works Package 1.12 Electrical Early Works Package The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
