Page 1 of 1 INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Minor ion project 650-318 Otis Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Providence VA Healthcare Systems (VAHCS) 830 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, RI 02908. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures/equipment, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for a new CBOC ion Project for the Providence Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Providence, Rhode Island. The new Community Outpatient Clinic is located in Bourne, Massachusetts. This project shall include, but not be limited to general ion, alterations, civil site work, finishes, HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, fire alarm and suppression, security and other items as contained within the ion documents.
