PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall completely prepare site for site improvements operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures/equipment/utilities, and furnish all labor and materials, testing, tools, equipment, expertise, apparatus, administration, supervision, transportation, permits, disposal, etcetera, as necessary to perform all work for the Valley Street Site Improvements Project at the Providence VAHCS, Providence, RI as required in the attached contract documents (drawings, specifications, etc.) and per the description herein.
