Project Number: 650-24-106 This solicitation calls for construction services to repair and repoint multiple buildings at the Harwood Research Center, located in Providence, Rhode Island. See incorporated SOW and attachments for details. Site Visit will commence at: July 25th, 2024 at 10:30AM EST. Written Questions are due to the Government by: August 1st, 2024 at 12:00PM EST. Answers will be posted by the Government by: August 8th, 2024. Proposals are due to the Government by: August 26th, 2024 at 12:00PM EST. Awardee shall perform work in strict accordance with the General Specifications, Statement of Work (SOW), Attachments, Schedule, Site Drawings, Terms and Conditions set forth in the contract as applicable. This requirement is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB concerns. Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $2,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00 in accordance with VAAR 836.204. Applicable NAICS and Size Standard for this acquisition is 238140 and $19,000,000.00 respectively.
