Doyle Howard Construction, Inc. has been chosen by the Mineral Springs School District as Construction Manager for the renovation of the school's football stadium. We will be taking bids on the bid packages listed below. Each contractor bidding will be required to carry a valid Contractor's License, Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000, Worker's Compensation insurance, Bid Bond, Performance Payment Bond or 5% cashier's check. Each contractor is responsible for their own bid package to the compilation of the project. Construction Manager holds the right to bid on any bid package. Owner reserves the right to deny any bids received. Bid Packages: Bid Package 2: Demo Demo press box, frame, and stadium riser Bid Package 3: Cast in Place Concrete Minor dirt Work Rebar Reinforcing and Wire All equipment and material required for completion Concrete testing Concrete sidewalks and housekeeping pads Bid Package 4: CMU Block Work All material for block including filling block, reinforcing rebar and wire, sanding walls, filling joints, fill all joints, and clean up Precast stone (provide samples prior to installation) Bid Package 5: Framing and Acoustical Metal Stud Frame: All framing for the press box All exterior framing for metal wall siding Acoustical ceiling Insulation: Insulation for the interior stud wall, ceiling, and CMU block walls Sheetrock: Furnish and install all sheet rock in all areas Bid Package 6: Structure Steel All Structure Steel Metal Decking Handrails and cable railing Stairs All Steel to be Prime Coated All lintels for block opening Bid Package 7: Metal Siding and Roof Supply and install all metal siding, roof trim, flashing for exterior Supply all equipment needed for installation Supply and install snow guards Bid Package 8: Paint, Finish, Cabinetry, and Epoxy floors Paint walls, steel frame, all doors and jambs Sandblast and paint stadium parts Furnish and install cabinet tops Furnish and install Epoxy flooring Finish and texture sheetrock Bid Package 9: Signage, Doors, Hardware, Frames, Aluminum, Glazing Furnish all doors, hardware for hollow metal exits, and bathroom partitions Furnish and install curtain wall and glass for press box area Furnish and install signage and lettering Bid Package 10: Bathroom Accessories and Specialties Furnish and install mirrors and handicap bars Furnish and install all fire extinguishers and cabinets Bid Package 11: Aluminum Risers Furnish and install risers Install any metal needed for installation Bid Package 12: Fencing and Landscaping Furnish and install 6' vinyl coating fence Furnish and install sod in disturbed area from other construction Bid Package 13: Waterproof and Seal Provide and install waterproof caulk, expansion material at all locations needed in sidewalks and block work Bid Package 14: Plumbing Furnish and install all underground plumbing and water Furnish and install all fixtures Must be installed to city sewer and water supply, supply temporary water Bid Package 15: Electrical Supply and install all electrical to prints and specs Supply temporary power Bid Package 16: HVAC Supply and install heaters, HVAC, exhaust fans, duct, all grills, and fresh air grills (HC: 12, 13)
