The Project generally consists of repairs to Sanderson and Ricks dams. Engineer's Estimate: $338,300.00 Bids may be delivered by any means available except electronically (fax or email). Fax/emailbids will not be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to see that their bid is in the City Purchasing Office by the time stated above. Those not received by that time will not be considered. A performance and payment bond written by a responsible surety company authorized to do business in Arkansas, in the amount of the contract, will be required on all contracts in excess of $20,000. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Arkansas prevailing Wage Laws will apply as appropriate. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days of opening. Bidders must provide with their bid a certificate regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, as applicable. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and to, in the opinion of the City, accept the bid that is in the City's best interest.
