Sealed proposals for packages #1 through #16 will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. on December 17, 2019 at the National Park Student Commons Building - Lower Level Conference Room, 101 College Drive - Hot Springs, Arkansas 71913. At this time bids will be publicly read aloud. Hill & Cox Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any formalities as necessary. Trade Contractors and Material Supplies may secure a copy of the proposed contract documents from the Construction Manager on the first come, first serve basis. These documents must be utilized and returned to the Construction Manager in a timely fashion. All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas, as provided by Act 142 of 1967, amended by Act 293 of 1969 and Act 397 of 1971 and Act 546 of 1971, as enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas. The owner and construction manager reserve the right to waive any formality, or to reject any or all bids as necessary.
