The City of Delta is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Hillside Street Reconstruction Project in Delta, CO. The project consists of a new configuration of the Leon/Hasting St at the 7th St intersections and the reconstruction of Hillside St, approx. 2400 LF. The work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in compliance with the CDOT 2022 Standard Specifications Book is included as part of the Contract Documents by reference and can be found Electronically CDOT 2019 M Standard Plans and S Standard Plans are referenced in the Construction Plans, and details referenced can be found Electronically This project is funded by a grant from the Colorado Department of Transportation and will therefore be subject to requirements of the program. Responses will be prepared by the City in an addendum and published For each project, the Contract Time for substantial completion of all required work shall be 270 calendar days from the date the Notice To Proceed is signed by the City of Delta. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced as per dates in the Notice to Proceed and completed no later than 300 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The Delta City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City of Delta, Colorado.
