Renovation of a fire / police facility in Shelton, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,000-square-foot fire / police facility.
The City of Shelton ("City") is seeking competitive bids (IFB) for the Pine Rock Firehouse Roof Replacement Project. the approximate square footage for the roof is 17,000 sq. ft. All questions must be submitted via the portal. City of Shelton is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer Question Submission Deadline:September 19, 2023, 4:30pm A five percent (5%) bid bond will be required to be submitted with your bid. The Municipality reserves its right to consider informal any response not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all response. Any response may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of responses or the authorized postponement thereof. Any response received after the time and date specified shall not be considered or accepted. No respondent may withdraw a response within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Municipality may accept or reject any or all responses or any portions thereof and take any action deemed to be in the best interest of the City
