The City of Shelton (City) is seeking competitive bids for the purchase of 32 windows of various sizes. The requested 32 windows will be installed at 279 Soundview Avenue, Shelton. This bid is for materials only. The installation shall be performed by City personnel. Question Submission Deadline October 10, 2023, 8:00am , All questions must be submitted via electronically. Question Response Deadline October 13, 2023, 5:00pm No Pre-Bid/Proposal Meeting required. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of $ shall be presented to the CITY prior to commencing the performance of any work under this agreement. City of Shelton is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. The Municipality reserves its right to consider informal any response not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all response.
