Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed on or before May 31st, 2024. An interim completion date of February 16th, 2024 is required for the sanitary sewer work as described in more detail in Section 4-02 Special Provisions. Question Deadline 09/29/2023 at 4:00 PM ET. All questions during bidding shall be submitted in writing to the City of Berea, Attn: Engineering Department, 11 Berea Commons, Berea, Ohio 44017 or through e-mail to engineeringdept@cityofberea.org
