Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Stevens, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project will design and construct improvements to the existing Eagle Ridge Park, with a particular focus on the upland areas nearest Soper Hill Road. This project will generally incorporate improvements as identified in a conceptual Eagle Ridge Park Master Plan, as revised on February 5, 2014. This master plan, as well as additional information on more recent planning activities, can be found on the City website. The preparation and submittal of the NEPA review package in early January 2024, the City anticipates completing the project design during 2024. This will include Citylead public engagement and comment opportunities for the City Parks Board and the general public. The City anticipates an advertisement for bids in late 2024 or early 2025, with construction of the project to be completed during 2025. The City reserves the right to reject any and all SOQ submittals, to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process, and to negotiate changes in the eventual scope of services to be provided.
