Principal items of the project are: Installation of approximately 656 lineal feet of 8" PVC sewer main, four manholes, connection to existing system, pavement restoration and overlay, wetland buffer restoration and related work. The project includes the decommissioning of an existing submersible duplex wastewater lift station including appurtenances. The work is within public right-of-way and on District easement. The Project includes a requirement to post a separate bond for security of buffer restoration work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check, made payable to the Lake Stevens Sewer District Treasurer as indicated in the Instruction for Bidders.
