Project Title: Security Door Replacement for US Army Force Management Support Agency (USAFMSA) The US Army Force Management Support Agency (USAFMSA), Ft. Belvoir, VA 22060 is seeking capable sources to install one (1) primary entry door and one (1) emergency exit only door and salvage the current GSA-approved lock from the existing primary entry door for re-use in the new primary entry door. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors. The Small Business Administration small business size standard for this industry is $22,000,000. This project requires the professional services and expertise of a responsible Contractor to perform the following work: Remove and replace two (2) existing doors: One (1) primary entry door and one (1) emergency exit only door and salvage the current GSA-approved lock from the existing primary entry door and salvaged for re-use in the new primary entry door. Both replacement doors will be STC50 rated fireproof metal doors with appropriate seals to meet the STC rating criteria contained within DCID 6/9 and JAFAN 6/9. Custom doors are required with replacement of doors, frames, seals, and hardware. The replacement doors and door frames must meet prescribed STC50 rating standards and must be plumbed in their frames and the frame firmly affixed to the surrounding wall, with modification of the current rough openings to fit the new doors and frames. **See attached Draft Statement of Work for full details ** Period of Performance shall commence immediately upon award. Place of Performance: 9900 Belvoir Road, Bldg 201, Suite 120, Ft. Belvoir, VA 22060. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide supplies with those described in this notice. THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE ACQUISITION STRATEGY SUCH AS INDIAN-OWNED ENTERPRISE SET ASIDES, TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, ANY OTHER SOCIO-ECONOMIC SET ASIDE, OR UNRESTRICTED. The Government requests that interested parties submit a brief overview outlining their firm's capabilities related to this requirement stated above, and past experience with projects similar in scope to this project.
