Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Borden, Ontario. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of asphalt (approx.14,438 m2). Line painting (approximately 1200m). This Contract also comprises of the extension of the east parking lot by approximately 780 m2. This will include barrier curbs, extension of EV primary conduit, new transformer vault, the installation of two new storm catch basins. Even though you have been invited to bid on a project, should your DCC bidding privileges have been suspended and you submit a bid on future DCC projects, said bids will be rejected and no contract will be awarded to said tenderer. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 252 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 35 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
