Reference Number 0000261950 Facilities Maintenance Services to be delivered include providing inspection, testing, maintenance, repair and support services to site buildings and land areas under CFB Borden including Barrie Armoury and Owen Sound Armoury with a total of approximately 400 buildings and sheds. Estimated project value is $5,500,000 per year. It is anticipated that the contract will have an initial 5-year period and options for adding 2 additional extensions, duration of 3 years and 3 years respectively. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES The Maintenance Contract may include but not necessarily limited to the following services: Door Systems - Inspection, testing, Maintenance and Repair (ITMR) Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Systems ITMR Electrical Systems ITMR Elevator and Lifting Systems ITMR Plumbing Systems ITMR Structural Systems Inspections Architectural Systems Inspections Fire Detection and Suppression Systems ITMR Generators and Auxiliary Power Units ITMR Life Safety Systems Inspections Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Support Services Environmental Management Support Services Energy Management Support Services
