Apollo Road Extension Utilities Phase 2A. The work shall consist of but is not limited to, the installation of approximately 1597 linear feet of 12- inch sanitary sewer gravity main and 12 sanitary sewer manholes along Apollo Road Extension in the City of Scott, starting at an existing sanitary sewer lift station wet well located at the intersection of L. Provost Road Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the City of Scott, the amount of which shall be five percent (5%) of the bid plus additive alternates. The City of Scott reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any portions thereof, to waive informalities for just cause as allowed. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least forty-five (45) days after the time scheduled for the opening of bids. Each bid shall be submitted only on the bid form provided with the specifications.
