**As of November 9th, 2023, the project was awarded to Horizons Construction Company, with an awarded amount of $6,949,881.70.** Questions regarding the bid specifications should be directed to Rafael Casillas at (562) 220-2108 and/or at Rcasillas@paramountcity.com. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include cold milling existing AC pavement, ARHM overlay, conventional asphalt concrete leveling course, remove and replace driveway approach, sidewalks, curb and gutter, curb ramps, AC pavement, signing and striping, and all other items not mentioned but indicated in the Plans and Specifications.
