Gosper County, Nebraska is Requesting Bids From Qualified Individuals or Entities For a Construction Project to Remodel the Restrooms in the Courthouse Building. The Project Location is 507 Smith Ave, Elwood, NE 68937. The Project Site Will Be Available Immediately Upon Gosper County Issuing a Notice to Proceed, With Construction to Commence on or About November 1, 2023. The Project Shall Be Substantially Complete No Later Than February 2, 2024. No Demolition/ Construction Work May Begin Until All Materials Required to Complete the Project Are on Hand and Ready To Be Installed. There is No Prebid Conference. Bid Submission And Opening. Bids Must Be Made on the Bid Form Contained in the Bidding Documents. No Emailed or Faxed Bids Will Be Accepted. Any Bid Received After the Deadline Will Not Be Opened Or Considered, and Will Be Returned to Bidder. The Bid Will Be Awarded to the Lowest Responsible, Responsive Bidder. The Winning Bid Shall Be Announced by the Gosper County Commissioners at Its Meeting to Be Held on October 11, 2023, at the Gosper County Courthouse.
