Surfacing Major quantities of work are: Common Excavation - 143,597 CY Common Embankment - 110,735 CY CS Pipe Culverts - 3170 LF RC Pipe Culverts - 1234 LF Aggregate Base - 56,850 Ton Bituminous Reclamation - 72,678 SY Bituminous Mixtures - 9250 Ton Erosion Control/Turf Establishment Traffic Control Signing Traffic Control Striping Expected Award Date:10/17/2023 Project Start Date:11/01/2023 Construction Start Date:11/01/2023 Construction End Date:10/11/2024 Electronic Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond in an amount which is at least equal to 5% of the total bid and may be submitted electronically using Surety 2000 or as a hard copy by mail or other delivery method, either as a corporate surety bond or a certified check made payable to the Becker County Treasurer. If not submitted electronically, the proposal guarantee must be received at the Becker County Highway Department, 1771 North Tower Road, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the bidder, type of work and project number by 4:30 pm CST, the business day prior to the specified date of bid opening.
