Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Norfolk, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a parking garage; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

Provide funds to provide a re-lamping program for Bank Street, Charlotte Street, Town Point, and Main Street garages to replace all lighting with high-efficiency LED's. The approved funds will be utilized for re-lamping of light fixtures to LEDs. $3.0m in funding for this project is provided by a reappropriation of prior authorization from the "Convert Street Lights to LED" project. Project is in City of Norfolk Capital Improvement Plan FY2025 - 2029. As of October 4, 2024, project is funded for FY2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
