Site work and asbestos abatement for a civil project in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for asbestos abatement for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plan to perform all necessary labor for the construction of Post Road over Deep Fork Bridge Abutment Rehabilitation Project. There will not be a Pre-Bid Meeting. Questions must be submitted using the online bidding system. The last day to submit questions is September 27, 2023 in case an Addendum is necessary. Anticipated Award Date is October 23, 2023 . Bids submitted more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for opening the bids, as well as bids submitted after the time set for receipt of bids, WILL NOT be considered. A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be required of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the City, constitutes a Firm and Binding Contract. The City reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. The City of Edmond reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion
