Any information Bidder submits that is not required to be included on forms prescribed by the ODOT Procurement Office must be formatted in the manner called for in this ITB and submitted on Bidder's letterhead. Bidder shall not make the Bid contingent upon the Owner's acceptance of Specifications, Plans or Contract terms that conflict with or are in addition to those advertised in this ITB.
