This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies ("CEA FRANCOachat") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Gym and Play Structure Inspections and Repairs, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). This competitive procurement process ("Process") is an invitation with the intention to award a three (3) year contract, with two (2) one-year renewal options, to one respondent per service category for all sites. The term of the contract is to be for a period of 3 years, with an option in favour of CEA FRANCOachat's participating agencies to extend the contract, unless otherwise agreed to by the participating agencies, on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of 1 year renewal options.
