Wayne State University invites you to participate in its Request for Proposal process to provide Environmental Services for the Office of Environmental Health and Safety 2023, for the Office of Environmental Health and Safety, per the specifications contained herein the Request for Proposal. Project must commence on or before December 1, 2023 and be completed by September 30, 2024. Evaluation of Proposals (clarifications & negotiations): Procurement /Evaluation Team (ET) :Beginning October 5, 2023 Vendor Presentations (if required) : Procurement /Evaluation Team (ET)/VENDORS :Weeks of October16, 2023 and October 23, 2023 All questions concerning this Request for Proposal are to be directed to Kimberly Tomaszewski, Senior Buyer, Email; katt@wayne.edu. The deadline for questions is September 25, 2023, 12:00 noon. Under no circumstances may a VENDOR contact other individuals at the UNIVERSITY, or its consultants to discuss any aspect of this RFP, unless expressly authorized by Procurement & Strategic Sourcing to do so. The contract(s) will be for a three-year period ending on September 30, 2026. Thereafter, the UNIVERSITY may, at its option, extend the contract, on a year-to-year basis for up to two one-year periods, through September 30, 2028 This service is expected to commence on December 1, 2023. When Pre-proposal Meetings are Optional, a Secret Word will be provided at the conclusion of the meeting. In our scorecard process, nominal points will be awarded for attendance.
