Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) needs snow clearing, snow removal, and salting services for Granville Island on an "as and when required" basis with no guaranteed value or volume of work. Granville Island is a high visibility and high traffic site with a complex road and pathway system, including one-way streets, loading zones, parking lots, pedestrian walkways, bike paths, maintenance yards, and public spaces. The surface profile of the areas to be cleared include stone pavers, asphalt, concrete, and wooden surfaces. The term of the agreement resulting from the RFP is expected to be for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to three (3) additional terms of up to one (1) year each. The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/12. Deadline for Questions September 28, 2023 @ 12:00 p.m. (noon) PDT Deadline for Issuing Addendum October 3, 2023 Site Walkthrough Event: Proponents are asked to meet at 1661 Duranleau St, 2nd Floor Vancouver, BC for an introduction to the project, an escorted site walk, followed by a question-and-answer period.
