The Department of Finance intends to award a contract to AAR of North Carolina, Inc , subject to approval from the School Board of Manassas Park at their work session meeting scheduled for April 22, 2024. MPCS is seeking to replace the roof at Manassas Park Middle School. The initial period of any Contract awarded shall commence on the date the Executive Director of Finance fully executes the Contract and shall terminate on December 31, 2024, or Project Completion, whichever occurs later. MPCS reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals in whole or in part and waive any informalities in the competitive negotiations process. Further, MPCS reserves the right to enter into any Contract deemed to be in the best interest of MPCS. The entire contents of the ITB, any Addenda, Vendor's Proposal and Negotiated Changes shall be incorporated by reference into any resulting Contract at the time of Contract formation. Manassas Park City Schools (MPCS) is soliciting Bids from qualified Bidders for the provision of Manassas Park Middle School Roof Replacement. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for providing and installing a roof replacement between June 10, 2024, and July 30, 2024, while School is not in session (the Work).
