Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Redevelopment of approximately 18,000 square meters of green space for the expansion of Mount Royal Park. The scope of the project includes greening and transformation of Camillien-Houde route into a large pedestrian promenade, providing an independent and protected space for cyclists, transformation of the current belvedere into a park space and highlighting the view, addition of a brand new belvedere at the highest point of the Park. Furthermore, the project provides for the reconstruction or rehabilitation of water and sewer pipes as well as equipment forming part of the urban technical networks. Value of the construction program may be as high as $10 million. It is expected to be completed 2029 TIMELINE: Construction program is implemented by construction packages. First construction package of the program is being tendered and followed in the report under CRM ID name Development of the Southwest Flank and Cedar Entrances, Parc du Mont-Royal. Subsequent construction packages will be followed if/when they proceed to a tendering stage in new separate reports. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
