Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; and water / sewer project.
As of May 28, 2024, construction is underway. Construction began last fall and that particular scope will be in full swing by September. The general contractor is not seeking bid packages at this time This scope of work consists of removing and replacing the playing field to meet Major League Baseball requirements including demolition, excavation, new flat panel drainage system, new irrigation system, special soils, sod, and infield soils. Deadline for questions prior to SOQ submittal is Friday, September 15, 2023, at 3:00 PM PDT. Questions should be directed to Brian Kromm The work will take place under an aggressive schedule during Fall 2024 Lydig Construction is an equal opportunity contractor, and we encourage bids from disadvantaged, minority-owned, women-owned, and small businesses. Only prequalified firms will be eligible to bid this package, which is expected to be available by September 25, 2023. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all SOQ''s and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
