Renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of July 17, 2025, this project has been cancelled. The successful proposing firm will be involved all phases of project development, design, and construction oversight leading up to certification to occupy. Preliminarily, it is anticipated the scope of work will involve approximately 8000 square feet of administrative and classroom space with a budget of $7.5 million. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
