Site work and new construction of a stadium in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
As of August 22, 2024, construction is underway. Lydig Construction, Inc. (the General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from Contractors for the following Bid Packages: BP #5.1 - Casework BP #5.2 - Specialty Casework BP #5.3 - Site Concrete and Specialties Question Deadline 10/26/2023 at 3:00 PM PT. The project consists of various improvements to Avista Stadium to comply with Major League Baseball requirements, being completed under an aggressive phased schedule to work around the baseball season. Phase 1 of the project includes improvements to the home & visiting team clubhouses, a new grounds maintenance building, and a new strength & conditioning building. The Gc /Cm and Owner Reserve the Right To Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities in the Bids Received.
