Proposed Improvements at the West Plains Park Include Parking, Paved Walkways, Plaza, Restrooms, Utility Connections, Picnic Shelters, Playground Equipment, Basketball Court, Pickleball Courts, Natural Drainages, Native Plantings, Playfields and Fencing.
