To Supplement That Work, Additional Improvements Include +/-500 Feet of Levee Reconstruction, Construction of New Lighting for the Entrance Drive, Installation of Power and Communication Duct Bank and Other Minor Ancillary Work. Any person contemplating a bid may request an interpretation of the Specifications or other Construction Document. Any such request, including requests for substitution of specified item(s), shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the start of the Bid Acceptance Period. Requests submitted within five (5) business days of the Bid Acceptance Period will not be reviewed, nor will a response be issued.
