Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clinton Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and clubhouse / community center.
Reference Number 0000330381 Remove and replace outside door of gym. The Charter Township of Clinton is requesting quotes, for the replacement of one outside door on the Senior Center Gym, better know as door #3. East side of gym. Approximately 48'X81" plus frame. This is to remove and replace door #3 with now hollow core steel door and frame. To include new closer, new crash bar and full length hinge. Door and frame must be painted to match the existing bronze color of other doors on the building. It is contractor responsibility to verify measurements. Work shall be completed during regular hours of building operation. (7AM 9PM) Monday - Friday It is contractors responsibility to make sure building (door area) is secure if the takes more than one day to complete.
