Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clinton Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Procure, deliver, install, and implement a Turnkey Solution replacing existing Digital Signage Players (including management system) and Displays. Existing (old) Players and Displays are to be removed and recycled. Patching of walls will be required. After installation of new equipment, necessary training shall be provided. The equipment procured in this RFP shall not be refurbished or opened prior to purchase for this project. This bid consists of two (2) sections. Bidders may submit bids for one or both sections. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a satisfactory surety bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid Proposal price as guaranty. No Bid Proposal shall be considered unless it is accompanied by the required guaranty. The Owner expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bid Proposals in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities or informalities therein, and to award the Contract(s) to other than the low bidder. Proposals for base Bid Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the Due Date.
