Pricing Lump sum This project is initiated to carry out the replacement of the heating and cooling coils for AHU #1 and AHU #2 located in B2 level of the Building. The heating and cooling Coils are in banks and sections, some of the coils have been repaired over the years, access is very limited to some coils as well. One of the banks in the cooling side is turned off as the coils in that section are not operational and the coils were not pulled out due to access. The consultant shall carry out detail site investigation of the heating and cooling coils of the AHUs as well review their capacities and provide appropriate replacement and coil access. The consultant shall assess any other related equipment and systems as part of this project and replace them for proper function and operation.
