The City of Fairhope is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Engineering Services for improvements to the Force Sewer Main to support RESTORE funded sewer upgrade projects. Bidder Requirements: Bidders must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity laws and the provisions of the CONTRACT Documents regarding equal employment opportunity. The City of Fairhope encourages the utilization of Minority Business Enterprises on this and all public bids. Submission Instructions: All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Sealed Proposal" with Item Name, RFQ Number, City of Fairhope's Name and Address, and CONTRACTOR's Name and Address. Each proposal must be in a separate envelope. Proposals made out in pencil will not be accepted. Bid Withdrawal: No proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of proposals without the consent of the City of Fairhope, Baldwin County, Alabama. Bid Tabulation: Once completed, a tabulation of the responsive and responsible bids will be available for public viewing on the City of Fairhope's website.
