The City of Fairhope is requesting responses from qualified contractors to bore and install 12"HDPE pipe at Cowpen Creek. Questions or comments pertaining to this bid must be presented in writing, sent as e-mail to the attention of the Purchasing Manager, Erin Wolfe, 555 South Section St., Fairhope, AL 36532, e-mail: Purchasing@FairhopeAL.gov, by Friday, September 29, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. or will be forever waived. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this bid. The City of Fairhope will not furnish any labor, material, or supplies unless specifically stated in the CONTRACT Documents. BIDDERS must be properly licensed to perform the work as outlined in the Scope of Work. Awarded Vendor must have a current business license or purchase a business license with the City of Fairhope prior to bid being awarded.
