You are invited to submit an offer and delivery date for the supply of the following to the City of Victoria: 20 ea 4" Pedestrian Pole with 8" Square Bolt Pattern 10 ea Pole Skirt for 4" Pole All electrical items must be approved, by an authorized agency, for use in the Province of British Columbia. Certification markings attesting to this fact must appear on all electrical items supplied. Any costs relating to this shall be the responsibility of the Contractor/Supplier. As availability is a prime concern and may be a critical factor in evaluating responses, please indicate the time frame required to supply the above. Your price should not include applicable taxes and should be F.O.B. 417 Garbally Rd, Victoria B.C. freight prepaid. Applicable taxes may be listed separately. The City reserves the right to select any or no offer and to order additional units from the selected supplier if and when required. Decisions will be based on the best combination of price, quality, warranty and delivery so as to provide the best value to the City and not necessarily the lowest price. The City appreciates all responses; however, only the successful offeror(s) will be contacted.
