Site work for a mixed-use development in Whycocomagh, Nova Scotia. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Design and construction of a multi-use pathway, to enhance enhance accessibility to essential services and supports, promote active lifestyles, and improve safety for community members. The new multi-use trails are planned for four areas: Gabriel Sylliboy Road to Reservation Road; Reservation Road to the recently developed business centre along the Trans-Canada Highway; Reservation Road to Gollin's Drive; and Establishing a connection to the business centre and ball field area to Reservation Road. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Tender and construction schedules to be determined. The owner is seeking Active Transportation funding. Further update may be available in 2026.
