The project is located along Secondary Route 276 (Browns Gulch Rd), beginning approximately 3.5 miles north of Rocker at RP 3.7, and extending approximately 0.9 miles northwest to RP 4.6, just west of the Hail Columbia intersection. Contract to be completed as outlined in the Contract Time special provision found in the proposal.
