Renovation of a municipal facility in Butte, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Langlas & Associates, Inc. ("Langlas") is seeking sealed bids for the building construction work for the Butte Silver Bow Courthouse Restroom Renovation Phase I project located in Butte, MT. Project scope includes remodel of existing courthouse Restrooms, Planning Room, Custodial Areas, and GIS Room and Bathroom. Bidders are required to comply with State of Montana Prevailing Wage Rates for Building Construction 2023. A bid security is not required. Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract may be required of Successful Bidder at the discretion of the Owner and Langlas. This request for bids shall not commit Langlas or the Owner to enter into any agreement, to pay any expenses incurred in preparation of any response to this request, or to procure or contract for any supplies, goods or services.
