This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Minocqua, Wisconsin. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

1. Area to be plowed: A. Entire parking lot area and new bus ramp (snow must not be plowed on or over town roads) B. Five (5) blacktopped playground areas (Plowed snow must not accumulate in front of playground equipment) C. Out Storage Building (Bus Barn) road and parking lot area D. Access road around perimeter of main building E. West overflow parking lot 2. Plowing must be completed before 6:30 am. 3. One (1) or more inches of snow accumulation is the depth at which the snow needs to be plowed. 4. The successful bidder must remove & replace parking lot signage The successful bidder shall provide liability insurance, including workmens compensation and the Minocqua J1 School District shall be held harmless for any accidents. Submit bid for the 2023-2024 season, not by the individual plow. Bidders should contact Brad Strasburg, Building and Grounds Supervisor, for any questions at 715-356-5206 extension 2162. The Minocqua J1 School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The Minocqua J1 School District reserves the right to accept the bid deemed most advantageous for the school district. Payments to the successful bidder will be as follows: one-half bid amount will be paid in January 2024, and one-half bid amount will be paid in April 2024.
