Question Deadline: 09/25/2023 02:00:00 PM ET The Town of Fort Erie is requesting the tender for maintenance of the Bertie Bay Drain in the Town of Fort Erie. The Bertie Bay Drain is located in the southeast section of the Town of Fort Erie. It has 3 Outlets that Drain to Lake Erie. On July 18 2007 KSmart Associates prepared an Engineers Report to update an existing report from 1930. There hasn't been any maintenance done on this drain since 2007. The Drain requires power brushing and channel cleanout for the entire length. Unofficial results of the tender opening will be published and available in the Bidding System by the end of business day on the day of the Bid Submission Deadline. All communications in relation to this tender must be submitted via the Bidding System by September 25, 2023. The Town of Fort Erie will not respond to questions submitted in any other manner. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and the lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted.
