Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this tender. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/20 02:30:00 PM NDT Maintenance & Services Contract - HVAC & EMCS Systems - Multiple Locations - Avalon & Central Regions The Newfoundland and Labrador English School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to assemble a qualified (of both internal staff and subcontractors) to provide inspection and maintenance service to the District Proponents are called upon to assess the needs of the District, as described below and in their own experience, and propose how they will fulfil the Districts needs. Price is a single component of an RFP, but vendors MUST provide a complete proposal to be considered and scored. This contract is to start immediately upon award date for a period of two (2) years with two (2) optional extension options of one (1) year each (i.e. 2 + 1 + 1) on the same terms and conditions, if mutually agreed upon in writing by the successful bidder and the owner. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
