Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Overland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; for paving for a stadium; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Owner will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the aforesaid project. The Project will consist of the construction of accessible walking pathways, stormwater utility adjustments, a new entrance structure, three (3) new sand volleyball courts and site improvements at the North Fields Complex on the north side of 137th Street in Overland Park, Kansas. These new improvements will include, but are not limited to, erosion and sediment control, site demolition, storm drainage improvement, concrete paving, unit masonry, fencing, landscape plantings, irrigation, carpentry, and electrical work.
